Jennifer John
Jennifer John has been working in the transportation planning field for
14 years and has a broad background in multi-modal travel demand model development and application.  She is recognized nationally as a result of her work with the Federal Transit Administration New Starts program and her travel forecasting expertise has been a key part of the work that secured federal funding for Portland Interstate Max, Washington County Commuter Rail, South Corridor I-205/Portland Mall Light Rail and the Pioneer Parkway EmX BRT project in Springfield, Oregon. 
She also has experience with demand modeling and analysis for highway projects and road pricing studies.  She has worked with a multitude of people throughout her career and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills that bring great value to the work she does. 

 


Randy Parker
Randy Parker has 15 years experience in transportation planning.  Randy has managed travel demand forecasts for several projects including the North Corridor Interstate MAX Light Rail Project, Washington County Commuter Rail, South Corridor I-205/Portland Mall Light Rail and the Eastside Transit Alternatives Analysis.  Randy is also experienced in the Federal Transit Administrations New Starts program as well as travel demand modeling analysis for highway projects and road pricing studies.  Randy has excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills, both oral and written.  Randy also has 8 years experience in project management as a small business owner of his own construction company.
